Lead UI/UX Designer — Social Media

Creo Networks Inc. is a San Francisco-based corporation building the world's next-generation social media ecosystem — one designed from the ground up to be safe, lawful, transparent, and economically fair. Where legacy platforms like Meta extract billions in advertising revenue while returning less than 1% to creators, Creo returns 80% of ad profit directly to the people who generate value on the platform. We has already attracted the attention of executives, engineers, and creative professionals with backgrounds at YouTube, Google, TikTok, OpenAI, Netflix, NASA, and beyond.
We're looking for a designer who can take a vision and turn it into a system — someone who works from founder-level mockups and direction, and delivers a unified, production-ready design ecosystem across multiple applications and platforms, handed off clean and dev-ready.
No salary. No hourly rate. No freelancers. We are not looking for hands. We are looking for someone who understands what it means to shape the visual identity of a product that will be used by billions.
What You'll Be Doing
Taking existing mockups and creative direction from the CEO and assembling them into a single, coherent design system across the entire Creo ecosystem — multiple apps, multiple platforms, one language. Everything you produce goes directly to engineering. It has to be airtight.

You've shipped design systems for products at scale. You know the difference between beautiful and buildable — and you deliver both. You think in components, states, and flows, not just screens. You can take rough direction and return something that looks inevitable.
You want your work to be seen by billions. Not featured on Dribbble — actually used.
Compensation
Pre-IPO equity + % from annual fund. No salary, no hourly arrangements. This is a founding-team opportunity for someone who understands what that means.
