Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Real Estate Data Engineer based in Dallas, TX, with the flexibility to work from home on certain days. The Real Estate Data Engineer will design, develop, and maintain data pipelines, create efficient data architectures, and build systems for ingesting, transforming, and analyzing real estate data. Day-to-day responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to extract insights, ensuring data integrity, and supporting data-driven decision-making within the organization.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Data Engineering: Strong experience in building, maintaining, and troubleshooting data workflows and pipelines.
  • Proficiency in Data Modeling and Data Warehousing: Experience designing and managing scalable, efficient data architectures and repositories.
  • Skilled in Extract, Transform, Load (ETL): Hands-on experience developing ETL processes that enable data integration and transformation.
  • Knowledge of Data Analytics techniques: Ability to provide actionable insights by analyzing complex datasets and resolving data-related challenges.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field; comparable work experience will be considered.
  • Familiarity with the real estate industry or experience working with real estate datasets is a plus.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work in a hybrid environment.
