Sales Engineering Manager, Central (Enterprise)
Role summary
The Sales Engineering Manager, Central (Enterprise) will lead the Enterprise Central Solutions Engineering team, focusing on reinforcing sales methodology and best practices. This remote role requires providing mentorship and developing the technical capabilities of direct reports to ensure success in pre-sales activities. The manager will partner with sales leadership to achieve revenue targets by identifying and solving customer problems, delivering effective sales presentations, and supporting Proof of Value events. A minimum of 3-5 years of pre-sales leadership experience in a software company is required, with a strong preference for candidates with Security or DevOps solutions background. The role involves travel and requires living in Texas, the Midwest, or the Southeast US.

The salary for this role is dependent on geographic location and will be based on the individual candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.In addition to base salary, for sales and some sales-adjacent roles, employees are eligible to earn incentive compensation (commission).
