Senior Data Analyst
Role summary
We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our Retail Media Brand Analytics team. This role involves supporting internal and external stakeholders by providing advanced analytics, insights, and reporting. You will be responsible for campaign troubleshooting, developing self-service Tableau reports to optimize bidding strategies, and conducting incrementality A/B testing. The ideal candidate will have 3-4+ years of experience, a strong technical background in SQL, Python, and Tableau, and a solid understanding of business acumen. Experience in AdTech or marketing analytics is a plus, as is a background in math, economics, econometrics, analytics, engineering, or computer science.

- Ideal educational background and/or certificates needed Math, economics, econometrics, analytics, engineering, computer science, any data and analytics-related background
- Hands-on experience developing reporting, insights and other analytics to internal or external clients
- Strong technical background, but also some business acumen; Experience with AdTech is a plus
- Stack SQL, Python, Tableau
- Knowledge of Tools / Systems Ad tech or marketing analytics experience preferred, but not required

### What the job involves
- As part of the Retail Media Brand Analytics team the analyst will provide support to internal and external stakeholders. For internal stakeholders, this includes campaign troubleshooting, sales collateral development and client support
- For external stakeholders, it includes custom insights and reporting, incrementality A/B testing, and troubleshooting
- Support internal and external stakeholders with advanced analytics, insights, reporting and assist with client meetings, campaign troubleshooting, where required
- Develop self-service Tableau reports to help internal and external stakeholders improve their campaign and keyword bidding strategies
- Work with an agentic AI system to auto-generate queries to increase efficiency in developing queries to pull custom data
- Develop seasonal holiday insights to support sales efforts for key events
