Role summary
Seeking an AI/ML Engineer for a hybrid, hourly contract role. This position focuses on designing, implementing, and optimizing AI/ML models using LLMs, RAG, and prompt engineering. Responsibilities include developing multi-agent systems, deploying solutions on cloud platforms like AWS, building data pipelines and ETL processes, and creating REST APIs for seamless interaction. The role requires strong Python skills for AI/ML development, familiarity with orchestration frameworks, and knowledge of secure coding practices and CI/CD workflows. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential for working with cross-functional teams and documenting technical decisions.

Role Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize AI/ML models using LLMs, RAG, and prompt engineering.
- Develop and orchestrate multi-agent systems using modern frameworks.
- Deploy and manage AI solutions across secure cloud environments.
- Build and maintain data pipelines, ETL processes, and metadata systems.
- Develop REST APIs and integrations for seamless model and data interaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure and scalable system delivery.
- Document technical decisions and communicate complex concepts clearly.
Requirements
- Strong experience in Python for AI/ML development.
- Strong experience working with LLMs, RAG systems, and prompt engineering.
- Familiarity with multi-agent systems and orchestration frameworks.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and AI service environments.
- Strong experience building data pipelines, ETL workflows, and metadata systems.
- Knowledge of secure coding practices and CI/CD workflows.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
