Role summary

We are seeking an AI/ML Engineer for a contract role, working remotely and committing 10-40 hours per week. The compensation ranges from $250K to $600K annually. This role involves designing, implementing, and optimizing AI/ML models using LLMs, RAG, and prompt engineering. You will develop and orchestrate multi-agent systems, deploy AI solutions on secure cloud environments (AWS), and build/maintain data pipelines and ETL processes. Experience with REST APIs, secure coding, and CI/CD is essential. The ideal candidate will possess strong Python skills for AI/ML development and excellent communication abilities.

Role Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and optimize AI/ML models using LLMs, RAG, and prompt engineering.
  • Develop and orchestrate multi-agent systems using modern frameworks.
  • Deploy and manage AI solutions across secure cloud environments.
  • Build and maintain data pipelines, ETL processes, and metadata systems.
  • Develop REST APIs and integrations for seamless model and data interaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure and scalable system delivery.
  • Document technical decisions and communicate complex concepts clearly.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in Python for AI/ML development.
  • Strong experience working with LLMs, RAG systems, and prompt engineering.
  • Familiarity with multi-agent systems and orchestration frameworks.
  • Strong experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and AI service environments.
  • Strong experience building data pipelines, ETL workflows, and metadata systems.
  • Knowledge of secure coding practices and CI/CD workflows.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
