Role summary

We are seeking a Full-Stack Engineer to join our AI SaaS team, working remotely. This full-time role involves end-to-end ownership of core product delivery, including building an AI-native workforce management platform, an omni-tool integration layer, and real-time analytics dashboards. You will architect an agentic tool-use layer, ship production features across backend and frontend, and design a scalable integrations framework. Key requirements include strong SaaS product development experience with APIs and data models, deep comfort with various integration patterns, and effective use of AI tools while maintaining high engineering standards. Experience with MCP-style tool interfaces and a pragmatic approach to iteration are also valued.

Role Responsibilities

  • Own core product delivery end-to-end, including platform foundations, integrations, analytics surfaces, and pilot launch support
  • Build AI-native workforce management platform components, including core entities, workflows, permissions, and multi-tenant foundations
  • Develop an omni-tool integration layer, including connectors, event ingestion, sync, and actions
  • Build real-time analytics dashboards with live metrics, drill-downs, and exports
  • Architect an agentic tool-use layer compatible with MCP-style patterns, including tool registry, permissions, runtime, and observability
  • Ship production features across backend and frontend
  • Design and implement a scalable integrations framework
  • Set up strong engineering hygiene, including testing, observability, and on-call readiness for the pilot
  • Iterate quickly and pragmatically

Requirements

  • Strong practical software engineering skills with the ability to ship end-to-end features independently
  • Experience building SaaS products with APIs, data models, and production constraints
  • Deep comfort with integrations, including OAuth2, webhooks, API pagination, rate limiting, and sync semantics
  • Effective use of AI tools such as Copilot or ChatGPT while maintaining strong standards around tests, interfaces, and guardrails
  • Familiarity with MCP-style tool interfaces or building tool servers
  • Clear communication skills with the ability to explain tradeoffs and align stakeholders
