Role summary

We are seeking a Full-Stack Engineer specializing in AI and Automation for our Recruiting Platforms. This full-time, remote role involves developing and enhancing AI-powered interview tools and automation systems. You will build frontend interfaces using React and modern JavaScript, design and maintain backend services for scheduling and workflows, and integrate AI/ML technologies like GPT for feedback. Collaboration with Product Managers, Designers, and Data Scientists is key to end-to-end product delivery. Responsibilities include improving transcription systems, supporting autonomous scheduling, writing clean code, and ensuring system reliability through full-stack debugging. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience, strong software engineering skills in languages like Java, C++, or C#, and proficiency in scripting languages like Python or JavaScript are required.

Role Responsibilities

Develop and enhance AI-powered interview tools and automation systems
Build frontend interfaces using React and modern JavaScript frameworks
Design and maintain backend services for scheduling, transcription, and automation workflows
Integrate AI/ML technologies (e.g., GPT-based systems) for interview feedback and quality improvements
Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Data Scientists on end-to-end product delivery
Improve interview transcription systems and AI quality-checking tools
Support autonomous scheduling and candidate-driven workflows
Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews
Debug and resolve issues across the full stack to ensure system reliability

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
Strong years of software engineering experience with languages such as Java, C++, or C#
Experience with scripting languages like Python or JavaScript
Proficiency in frontend frameworks such as React or Vue
Experience working in cross-functional, fast-paced environments
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
