We help carriers, TPAs, self-insured organizations, and claims service partners reduce administrative burden, accelerate cycle times, and improve experiences for adjusters, claimants, and policyholders. Founded at Harvard University’s Innovation Lab and backed by MassMutual Ventures and General Catalyst, we'd love to connect with curious and motivated individuals who want to help transform insurance while solving challenging problems in our open, remote-based environment.

What we’re looking for
: We are seeking someone who loves to work with others to help solve problems using software. You'd be joining a small-ish team (~25 people), that moves fast and has high expectations of one another, so we hope you like challenges and possess a track record of going above and beyond what's expected.

Key responsibilities
:

• Plan and create end-to-end test plans and test cases
• Execute tests across all functional and UI areas of our product
• Find, reproduce, document, and track bugs through resolution
• Perform exploratory and validation testing to deliver a high-quality product to our users and customers
• Work alongside our engineering and product teams, balancing risk and delivery
• Perform regression testing across our products before releases

Must-have Qualifications
:

• Eager to learn and grow in a SaaS product environment
• Comfortable testing across modern browsers and responsive layouts
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-moving team
• Collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset; willing to jump in where needed

Nice-to-have Qualifications
:

• Internship or QA experience (manual and/or automated)
• Familiarity with a test case/bug tracking tool (e.g., Jira, Linear, TestRail, etc.)
• Basic understanding of web apps and APIs; experience with Postman/Bruno
• Familiarity with SQL and working with data
• Exposure to JavaScript/TypeScript and/or Playwright
• Experience using logs/dev tools to help troubleshoot issues
