Role summary
Customer.io is seeking a Talent Development Program Manager to design, launch, and execute high-impact programs focused on employee growth and leadership development. This builder role involves partnering with the Director of Learning, Growth & Development to shape talent strategy, facilitate engaging learning experiences, and drive initiatives like mentorship programs and AI capability training. The ideal candidate has 4-7+ years of experience in talent development or program management, exceptional facilitation and design skills, and a strong execution and ownership mindset. This is a fully remote, full-time position with a salary range of $95,000–$105,000 USD annually.

Hi, my name is Kelsi Rohrmann, Director of Learning, Growth & Development. I'm hiring a Talent Development Program Manager to help us build and scale the programs that make this possible. This is not a traditional L&D role focused on maintaining existing training. This is a builder role. You’ll partner closely with me to design and launch high-impact programs while getting to own execution, facilitation, and continuous improvement.
You’ll play a foundational role in shaping how skill development and career growth evolve at Customer.io—and help create programs that enable our people to do the best work of their careers.

Compensation & Benefits
We believe in transparency. The starting salary for this role is $95,000–$105,000 USD annually (or equivalent in local currency), depending on experience and subject to market rate adjustment.
