What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Design, implement, and manage enterprise Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions across various environments
• Serve as a subject matter expert for PAM technologies and best practices
• Administer and support PAM platforms to ensure security and operational stability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and drive continuous improvement
• Produce and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and solution designs

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience delivering PAM solutions in enterprise settings
• Proficiency in PAM platforms such as Delinea, CyberArk, or BeyondTrust
• Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Effective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience in large healthcare or regulated environments
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and cloud-native security controls
• Hands-on experience with identity platforms and automation using PowerShell
• Familiarity with ServiceNow for change and incident management
• Industry-recognized certifications in information or cloud security (e.g., CISSP, Security+)
