What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Assist with the customization and configuration of Epic applications to meet organizational needs
• Observe and document clinical and administrative workflows to understand system requirements
• Participate in testing new builds, upgrades, and patches to ensure accuracy and functionality
• Help troubleshoot basic issues and escalate complex problems to experienced analysts
• Maintain detailed records of system changes, workflows, and troubleshooting steps

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Completion of an OCHIN workforce training program or similar experience preferred
• Epic proficiency must be obtained within 60 days of employment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Basic understanding of healthcare operations and EHR systems
