What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Provide technical support for the Physical Security & Facility Management applications
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify process improvements
• Respond to incidents and requests, performing troubleshooting and diagnosis
• Develop knowledge base articles and assist with the transition to operations functions
• Participate in product release management, including testing and validation activities

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent knowledge and skills obtained through education, training, and experience in a healthcare environment
• 3-4 years of experience in a relevant role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with project life cycle or project management methodologies
• 2 or more years of experience with application support in a hospital or medical-related industry

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with key productivity applications such as Google Workspace and Microsoft Visio
• Operational knowledge of interfaces/EDI and APIs
