What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Manage high-volume ServiceNow access operations, handling hundreds of tickets weekly for access creation, changes, and troubleshooting
- Serve as the senior escalation point for Epic access design and complex issues, ensuring compliance with policies
- Maintain an Epic access catalog and support audits and access reviews for high-risk roles
- Partner with IAM/IGA stakeholders to ensure Epic is automation-ready during SailPoint implementation
- Mentor Level II analysts and drive operational excellence through process improvements
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Associate's degree or equivalent education/experience
- 5+ years of experience in Epic security/access or healthcare IT security operations
- Strong skills in Epic import/export and Microsoft Excel
- Demonstrated expertise in RBAC/least privilege and access standardization
- Proven ability to thrive in a high-volume ticket environment with quality documentation
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related fields
- Additional Epic certifications
- Knowledge and experience in Data Governance
- Experience with IGA platforms like SailPoint IdentityIQ/IdentityNow
- Familiarity with access reviews, segregation-of-duties concepts, and audit support in healthcare
