What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Provide intermediate operational and application build support for Epic systems to meet customer goals
• Translate application and operational requirements into functional specifications
• Collaborate with internal and external team members on medium to large projects
• Facilitate the re-engineering of operational workflows with end-users/business owners
• Manage change control processes and ensure high standards for application design and documentation

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum of two (2) years of Epic Security design, build, and implementation experience
• Strong understanding of Ambulatory, Inpatient, or Revenue Cycle modules
• Proven project management experience (highly preferred)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare, or related field preferred

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Additional Epic Certification in Ambulatory, Inpatient, or Revenue Cycle preferred
