What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving complex technical issues and system errors
• Provide day-to-day technical support to end-users, ensuring uninterrupted use of the EHR system
• Assist in coordinating testing and validation activities for system changes and enhancements
• Lead efforts to optimize the performance and usability of the EHR system
• Provide training and mentorship to junior analysts and end-users

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree required
• 3 - 5 years of applicable IT or healthcare experience required
• Epic certification in specified area required
• Strong understanding of healthcare business processes and technology
• Excellent analytical, organization, and verbal communication skills

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Multiple Epic certifications preferred
• Experience with Epic Implementation preferred
• Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and terminology
