Compensation:
$140,000 - $200,000 base (DOE) plus bonus, PTO, 401(k), and full benefits

The Role
The Head of Production is responsible for driving the on-time delivery and overall quality of our games. This role partners closely with internal teams and external development partners to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
You will oversee the identification, selection, negotiation, and ongoing management of external developers and third-party vendors, while providing leadership across multiple production pipelines.

- Own production timelines, budgets, and delivery across multiple game projects
- Collaborate with internal departments and external development partners
- Oversee vendor selection, contracts, and ongoing partner management
- Drive production best practices to ensure consistency, quality, and scalability
- Ensure milestones are met while maintaining creative and technical excellence
What You Need for This Position
- 10+ years of game development experience in video game production
- Leadership experience as a Lead Producer, Executive Producer, or Production Director
- Proven track record managing multiple projects while consistently meeting deadlines and budgets
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
