Role summary

This full-time, onsite Program Manager position in Burlington, NJ, focuses on overseeing behavioral health programs, particularly those serving individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD). The role requires implementing program policies, managing daily operations, supervising staff, and collaborating with community partners. Key responsibilities include program evaluation, documentation, development, and ensuring regulatory compliance. A minimum of 5 years of experience in behavioral health or a related field, along with proven program development and management skills, is essential. Strong supervisory and administrative capabilities, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, are also necessary. Experience working with individuals with IDD is a mandatory requirement.

Education: *4 year degree - Behavioral Skills and experience with IDD are a must*

Responsibilities:

  • Implement program policies and procedures
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the program
  • Supervise program staff and provide guidance and support
  • Collaborate with community partners to enhance program services
  • Conduct regular program evaluations to assess effectiveness and make improvements
  • Maintain accurate program documentation and records
  • Provide leadership in program development and expansion
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards

Experience:

  • Management Experience/ High Potential
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in behavioral health or related field
  • Proven experience in program development and management
  • Strong supervisory skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to build and maintain partnerships with stakeholders
  • Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is required

FRONTLINE SUPERVISORS (FLS) SUPPORTING DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT

*Frontline Supervisors are responsible for overseeing the direct support provided to people with IDD. They have many roles, some of which include supporting staff training, mentoring, supervision and performance appraisal.*

1.*UNDERSTAND WHAT DSPs ARE LEARNING.*

2.*COORDINATE* *TIME* *AND* *PLACE* *FOR DSPs TO COMPLETE REQUIRED TRAINING.*

3.*VERIFY* *TRAING* *COMPLETION* *AND* *PROVIDE* *FOLLOWUP*
