Role Description
The VP of Data - Healthcare will oversee data strategy, governance, and utilization to drive business outcomes. Responsibilities include executing data-driven strategies, analyzing key healthcare datasets for insights, collaborating with cross-functional teams to support sales and marketing efforts, and ensuring data adheres to compliance and regulatory standards. This is a contract, remote role requiring strong leadership in working with healthcare teams and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills for interpreting, managing, and leveraging healthcare data effectively
- Experience in Finance and Sales to align data insights with revenue-driving strategies
- Background and demonstrated expertise in the Healthcare Industry, including knowledge of regulations and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in Marketing strategies, with the ability to combine data insights with strategic decision-making
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to collaborate in a remote environment
- Experience developing and implementing data governance frameworks
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Analytics, Healthcare, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- Experience with HIPAA compliance and handling sensitive data is highly desirable
