Role summary
Dark Wolf Solutions is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Engineer / RMF Specialist to lead and execute the security authorization process for systems and applications in compliance with NIST guidelines and DoD regulations. Responsibilities include navigating the RMF lifecycle, developing security documentation, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring system security and compliance. The role emphasizes technical and operational effectiveness, continuous improvement, incident response, and automation of manual processes. Experience in security risk assessment and management in cloud environments (GCP preferred) is required, along with building authorization packages. A Bachelor's degree and 8 years of relevant experience are necessary. US Citizenship with an active Secret clearance is mandatory. This is a primarily remote position.

This individual will be responsible for navigating the RMF lifecycle, developing security documentation, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring that our systems meet the highest standards of security and compliance. This role is primarily remote. The compensation for this role is estimated to be between $150,000-$170,000, commensurate on experience.
