Unlock the Future of Secure Communications: Network Engineer with a Cryptographic Focus

Are you a master of the "black box"? Do you speak the language of high-speed encryption and secure data flow? We are looking for a Network Engineer to serve as the backbone of a secure network infrastructure.

If you have a deep-seated passion for General Dynamics hardware and the technical prowess to manage complex cryptographic lifecycles, we want you on our team.

The Mission

You won’t just be managing devices; you’ll be architecting certainty in an uncertain world. You will design, implement, and maintain the vital links that keep sensitive data shielded. From the Nano to the TL-10G, you are the subject matter expert who ensures every packet is secure and every key is managed with precision.

What You’ll Bring to the Table

REQUIRED: TS/SCI Clearance with FSP

The Essentials

  • GD Crypto Mastery: In-depth knowledge of General Dynamics devices, including the E-100, FLEX, Micro, Nano, TL-10G, and TL-1g. You know their configurations, operations, and quirks by heart.
  • The GEM Wizardry: Proficiency in GEM Crypto Manager(s) software to orchestrate device health and keys.
  • System Architect Mindset: Demonstrated success in designing and troubleshooting complex cryptographic systems and protocols.
  • Technical Mentorship: A knack for translating "tech-speak" into clear training documentation and hands-on guidance for stakeholders and junior personnel.
  • Collaborative Spirit: The ability to work seamlessly across cross-functional teams to hit mission-critical milestones.

Highly Desired Skills

  • Cloud & DevOps Savvy: Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, paired with a DevOps mindset.
  • Agile Navigation: Experience working in Agile environments and navigating the complexities of a matrixed organization.
  • Sponsor Expertise: Familiarity with specific Sponsor networks and a blend of legacy and next-gen systems.

Why This Role?

In this position, you aren't just a cog in the machine—you are the specialist ensuring the machine stays locked tight. You'll have a front-row seat to next-generation crypto deployments and the autonomy to solve the industry's most complex technical puzzles.

Are You Ready?

We need a troubleshooter who doesn't back down from a complex technical glitch and a communicator who can lead a room. If you’re ready to defend the integrity of our most sensitive networks, let’s talk.
