Senior AI Engineer

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale AI solutions that power privacy operations across a customer ecosystem exceeding 100 million users. This role will be part of the Data & Intelligence organization and will focus on leveraging Generative AI, Agentic AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and MLOps to automate and enhance privacy-related workflows.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AI engineering, cloud platforms, data engineering, and responsible AI practices, with experience building production-grade AI systems that operate in highly regulated environments.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Machine Learning, AI Engineering, Data Science, or Software Engineering.
• Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with:
• LLMs, Generative AI, and Agentic AI systems
• LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar frameworks
• RAG architectures and vector databases
• Databricks, PySpark, Snowflake, or Azure Data Factory
• AWS and/or Azure cloud platforms
• MLOps, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes
• Experience deploying production AI solutions at scale.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience implementing AI systems within regulated industries such as telecommunications, healthcare, financial services, or privacy-focused domains.
• Knowledge of privacy and compliance regulations (CCPA, CPRA, TCPA, GDPR).
• Experience with AI observability, evaluation frameworks, and human-in-the-loop systems.
• Familiarity with foundation model fine-tuning, model governance, and responsible AI frameworks.
• Experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring engineering teams.
