Senior Software Engineer – Frontend Web

### About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with a focus on frontend web development to join our growing engineering team. In this role, you will take ownership of major features, mentor junior developers, and help shape the future of our web applications. You’ll work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver high-quality, scalable, and performant user experiences.

This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret or Top Secret security clearance with SCI (Sensitive Compartmented Information) eligibility. U.S. citizenship is required.

A Senior Frontend Engineer is an experienced developer who specializes in creating user interfaces for web applications, using modern technologies like JavaScript and frameworks such as React. They focus on optimizing performance, ensuring accessibility, and collaborating with design and backend teams to deliver engaging user experiences

### Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and performant frontend applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, Angular).
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and backend teams to define and implement innovative solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code that follows industry best practices.
• Lead and mentor other frontend engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and technical guidance.
• Drive technical decisions and contribute to architectural discussions.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Stay current with the latest trends and technologies in frontend development.

Work Environment
