Role summary
Databricks is seeking a Strategic Account Executive for the UAE market, based in London with regular travel to the UAE. This role involves managing large enterprise accounts, selling innovation and change through customer vision expansion, and guiding deals to closure. The ideal candidate is experienced in enterprise sales, understands data platforms, open source, and cloud ecosystems, and excels in Value Selling and MEDDPICC methodologies. Responsibilities include territory assessment, exceeding revenue targets, identifying new opportunities, and leveraging field engineering teams to deliver client value. Fluency in English is required, and Arabic is preferred.

We are looking for an Account Executive to manage our most strategic customer in the UAE. The role will be based in London and will require you to travel to the UAE on a regular basis.
As a Strategic Account Executive, you are a sales professional experienced in selling to large Enterprise accounts. You know how to sell innovation and change through customer vision expansion and can guide deals forward to compress decision cycles. You love understanding a product in depth and are passionate about communicating its value to Customers and Partners. Always looking for new opportunities, you will close new accounts while maintaining existing accounts.
You will report to the Sales Director for the UAE.
