Role Overview
High-impact frontend engineering role responsible for transforming complex AI-driven logistics workflows into intuitive, high-performance product experiences. You will own frontend architecture and define standards that enable rapid scaling.
Core Responsibilities

Architect and lead frontend systems for real-time, data-intensive dashboards using TypeScript, React, and Tailwind CSS
Build human-in-the-loop AI interfaces that make automated workflows transparent and explainable
Own the full product lifecycle from discovery and scoping to production monitoring
Define technical direction and mentor engineers
Ensure high uptime and reliability across complex logistics workflows
Work directly with founders and customers to rapidly iterate and ship features

Requirements

6–8+ years of software engineering experience in fast-paced environments
Deep expertise in TypeScript and React with complex state management
Strong backend familiarity with Python and advanced PostgreSQL
Proven startup experience with real product impact
Builder mindset with bias toward shipping
Willingness to work onsite in San Francisco

Nice to Have

Experience integrating AI APIs or document extraction systems
Background from top academic institutions
Familiarity with logistics, supply chain, or enterprise workflow platforms
