Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Information Security Analyst. The role involves monitoring and analyzing cybersecurity threats, assessing application and network security vulnerabilities, and developing actionable strategies to mitigate risks. The Information Security Analyst will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, conduct vulnerability assessments, and generate detailed reports to inform organizational threat response and security enhancements.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Cybersecurity, including threat detection, analysis, and incident response
• Strong understanding of Application Security, with experience identifying and mitigating vulnerabilities in software
• Advanced Analytical Skills for evaluating security risks and developing actionable insights
• Expertise in Network Security, including firewalls, intrusion prevention systems, and network monitoring tools
• In-depth knowledge of Information Security principles, policies, and compliance standards
• Strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills
• Familiarity with security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, or CIS is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
