Qualifications
- Expertise in vulnerability identification, penetration testing, and risk assessment
- Experience with secure coding practices and software development frameworks
- Knowledge of network security concepts such as firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection/prevention systems
- Familiarity with industry standards and compliance requirements like GDPR, ISO 27001, or NIST
- Proficiency in scripting and programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++
- Strong analytical skills to investigate and mitigate security vulnerabilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and communicate effectively with team members
- Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or CISM are highly desirable
- A degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent experience
