Overview

At Dedicated Networks, we purchase, refurbish, and sell preowned IT infrastructure. We are building an internal software team focused on improving the efficiency of our operations and customer experience.

We are looking for a hands-on software engineer with front-end capability who can also drive projects forward. This is not a pure PM role—you will be building while ensuring things get done.

You are responsible for outcomes, not just completing assigned tasks.

If you are a self-starter who likes solving real problems and making things happen, this role is a strong fit.

What You’ll Do:

Build Systems

  • Build systems that support purchasing, operations, and sales
  • Develop and maintain software using C, C#, and JavaScript (React, Vue, or similar)
  • Contribute to front-end development for internal tools and user workflows
  • Integrate with external systems (APIs, vendors, hardware where applicable)
  • Diagnose and resolve issues in live, real-world environments
  • Improve system performance, reliability, and usability

Project Management

  • Take projects from idea deployed working in the business
  • Work cross-functionally to understand business requirements
  • Create clear, usable requirements when they don’t exist
  • Identify and remove blockers without waiting
  • Coordinate with operations, vendors, and leadership
  • Communicate progress, risks, and tradeoffs clearly and simply

What We’re Looking For:

Technical Expertise

  • Hands-on experience with C and C#
  • Experience contributing to or building front-end applications
  • Experience building real-world, usable systems
  • Comfortable with:
  • APIs and integrations
  • Debugging live issues
  • Working across imperfect systems

Execution Mindset

  • You finish what you start
  • You favor simple, working solutions over overengineering
  • You step in and lead when something needs to get done
  • You are comfortable being accountable for outcomes
  • You are comfortable working without perfect structure or complete information

Nice to Have

  • Experience with:
  • Inventory, warehouse, or logistics systems
  • Automation of manual operational workflows
  • Hardware-adjacent environments (scanning, networking, device integration)

Why You’ll Love Working Here:

- Competitive pay Base Salary: $55,000 – $100,000
*(Based on experience and ability to independently own and deliver projects)*
