Workflow Specialist-
Role summary
Deluxe Corporation is seeking a Workflow Specialist to support department operations by filling in for absent personnel and assisting with special projects. This role is crucial for ensuring proper department and facility workflow. Responsibilities include operating and maintaining equipment, verifying product quality, assigning tasks to personnel to maintain workflow, and completing special projects. A HS/GED or 3 years of workflow experience, basic computer skills, and basic equipment operation knowledge are required. Preferred qualifications include strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, training, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities:
Perform duties to fill in for absent department personnel or where the workload indicates; assists with special projects and initiatives; ensures proper department/facility workflow.
- Operate and maintain equipment as necessary, maintaining workflow and verifying product quality standards
- Assign and assist department personnel to maintain workflow and process
- Completes special projects and initiatives
Basic Qualifications:
- HS/GED or 3 years of Workflow experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Basic computer skills
- Basic operation knowledge of equipment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal, teamwork and training skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
