* **Proven growth operator** — you’ve taken a product from 0 → 1 or 1 → 100k+ users through creative, data-driven experimentation
* Deep understanding of **AI product positioning**, storytelling, and how to translate complex tech into irresistible market pull
* Track record with **multi-channel growth loops** — paid + organic, influencer + UGC, community + SEO, outbound + partnerships
* Comfortable leading **A/B tests, funnel experiments, CAC/LTV modeling, retention cohort analysis**, and GTM dashboarding
* Ability to work cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing to turn insight → experiment → process → scale
* High taste in **messaging, design, and narrative hooks** that convert (you understand memes, virality, and brand timing)
* Obsessed with **distribution arbitrage** — you find underpriced channels, hack algorithms, and systemize repeatable wins
* Experience running or advising **performance and content teams** across email, Discord, Reddit, TikTok, X, and LinkedIn
* Strong grasp of **B2B and consumer funnels** — from cold outbound and lifecycle automation to viral consumer onboarding
* You can **model demand** like an analyst, but **pitch vision** like a founder
