About The Opportunity
Our client, a leader in technology and digital media, is looking for a skilled
Research Program Manager
to join their team for a 4-month engagement. This project involves supporting key operational and cross-functional initiatives across the organization to improve visibility, coordination, and consistency within their research operations. This is a high-impact role that requires a self-motivated professional who can hit the ground running and deliver results quickly.
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables
This role is focused on the successful completion of specific tasks and deliverables. Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating cross-functional initiatives involving research and partner teams.
- Tracking milestones, deliverables, and timelines across multiple workstreams.
- Maintaining program plans, status updates, and essential documentation.
- Identifying and escalating risks or blockers to appropriate stakeholders.
- Ensuring follow-ups and next steps are clearly captured and executed.
- Supporting the coordination of how research insights and outputs (e.g., thought pieces, POVs, case studies) are shared across teams.
- Supporting efforts to maintain consistency across processes and outputs, including tracking the adoption of standards.
- Assisting in documenting processes, identifying areas for improvement, and maintaining team artifacts such as distribution lists and shared resources.
Required Skills & Experience:
We are looking for someone with a proven track record of successful contract engagements. The ideal candidate will have:
- Deep expertise in program management, operational execution, and supporting cross-functional research teams in a dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage your own time effectively to meet project goals.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented approach to maintaining program plans and documentation.
- Strong communication skills to provide clear and concise status updates and facilitate work across multiple stakeholders.
- W2 only (No C2C or 1099 contractors)
