Position Summary
We are seeking a technically strong Test & Evaluation professional to support system-level validation efforts for complex defense platforms. This individual will partner closely with test leadership to develop structured test approaches, define success criteria, and ensure accurate performance assessment across multiple domains.
Core Responsibilities
- Support development of test strategies, methodologies, and evaluation frameworks
- Define performance metrics and validation criteria for complex, integrated systems
- Contribute to test execution planning, including procedures and data collection approaches
- Analyze system data and ensure outputs align with formal reporting and compliance standards
- Collaborate with engineering and operational teams to refine test coverage and improve outcomes
Required Background
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (engineering, physics, or similar)
- Approximately 5+ years of experience in testing, systems engineering, or analysis
- Active TS/SCI clearance
- Experience in at least one of the following areas:
o Space or sensor-based systems
o Defense or missile-related technologies
o Networked command/control environments
o Distributed or machine-to-machine systems
- Demonstrated ability to develop test approaches and interpret complex data sets
Work Environment
- Onsite role at a secure government facility in the Colorado Springs area
- Minimal travel requirements
- Standard business hours with occasional mission-driven flexibility
