Role summary
Dialpad is seeking a Commercial Account Executive to own the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals. This hybrid role, based in Tempe, AZ, involves identifying and solving complex communication challenges for small to medium-sized businesses using Dialpad's Talk, Contact Center, and Sell solutions. The Account Executive will collaborate with Sales Managers and Engineers, focusing on acquiring new clients and uncovering market opportunities. The ideal candidate has 1-2+ years of sales experience in dynamic environments and familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, Clari, and Highspot, with a preference for SaaS sales expertise.

Your RoleAs a Commercial Account Executive, you’ll own the entire sales process from start to finish. You’ll work closely with Sales Managers and Sales Engineers to turn a small-business prospect into an active Dialpad client. In addition, you’ll help businesses solve complex communication problems felt by everyone around the world.
Dialpad’s Account Executive, Commercial will solve tangible client obstacles by redefining their understanding of what’s possible through the implementation of Dialpad Talk, Contact Center, and/or Sell. In this role, you’ll combine acquiring new customers and uncovering market opportunities to get the market talking about Dialpad!
Dialpad’s Commercial Sales team plays an essential role in achieving corporate business objectives. This team collaborates closely with Sales Engineers, Sales Managers, and their peers to constantly improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the entire sales process.
This hybrid role reports to our Commercial Sales Manager and is based in our Tempe, AZ office.
