As we continue expanding into new markets, we are seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to own and optimize our digital acquisition strategy across paid search, paid social, SEO, and emerging marketing technologies. This is a highly visible, results-driven role responsible for increasing lead generation, improving conversion rates, lowering acquisition costs, and scaling revenue through digital channels. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in Google Ads, Meta advertising, SEO, marketing analytics, conversion optimization, and AI-powered marketing solutions, with a proven track record of delivering measurable growth. Key Responsibilities
- Own and optimize Direct Remodels' digital marketing strategy across Google Ads, Meta advertising, SEO, and emerging digital channels.
- Manage advertising budgets and allocate spend to maximize lead generation, conversion rates, and return on investment.
- Develop and execute strategies that increase qualified lead volume while reducing customer acquisition costs.
- Monitor campaign performance, identify optimization opportunities, and make data-driven decisions to improve results.
- Lead keyword strategy, audience targeting, creative testing, and landing page optimization efforts.
- Build and maintain performance reporting that provides visibility into campaign effectiveness, attribution, and revenue impact.
- Stay ahead of platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry trends across Google, Meta, and other digital marketing channels.
- Evaluate and implement AI tools, marketing technologies, and automation solutions that improve performance and efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support growth initiatives and marketing objectives.
- Continuously identify new opportunities to scale digital marketing performance and drive business growth.
Qualifications Required
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience with a strong focus on lead generation and performance marketing.
- Proven experience managing Google Ads and Meta advertising campaigns.
- Strong understanding of SEO, keyword strategy, and organic traffic growth.
- Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics and marketing performance reporting.
- Experience managing and optimizing advertising budgets.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make performance-driven decisions.
- Understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, and campaign measurement.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
Preferred
- Experience in the home services industry, including window, roofing, HVAC, solar, remodeling, or related fields.
- Experience managing campaigns across multiple markets or locations.
- Familiarity with call tracking platforms, CRM integrations, and offline conversion tracking.
- Experience leveraging AI tools and emerging marketing technologies to improve campaign performance and operational efficiency.
- Experience evaluating, implementing, and optimizing MarTech solutions.

Compensation & Bonus Structure
Base Salary: $75,000 - $90,000
Performance Bonus: Additional compensation tied to measurable performance indicators, including:
- Cost per lead improvements
- Cost per sale improvements
- Revenue growth generated through digital channels
- Organic traffic growth
- Qualified lead volume growth
- Overall return on advertising spend
Top performers will have significant upside based on measurable business impact.
