Position Summary
We are seeking a hands-on, people-focused HR Coordinator to support our growing team and operational staff in Spartanburg, SC. This role is fully on-site and will serve as the primary HR presence for employees building relationships, providing day-to-day support, and ensuring a positive employee experience across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
• Employee Support & Engagement
• Serve as the primary HR point of contact for all employees
• Build relationships through regular on-site presence
• Provide guidance on HR policies, benefits, and workplace concerns
• Onboarding & Employment Processes
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation
• Manage I-9 and E-Verify compliance
• Maintain employee records
• HR Administration
• Process payroll and employee changes
• Support time and attendance
• Assist with leave of absence administration
• Benefits & Employee Questions*
• Answer employee benefit questions
• Process qualifying life events (QLEs)
• Compliance & Reporting
• Assist with OSHA reporting and compliance
• Support year-end processes
• Employee Relations
• Provide guidance on employee concerns
• Escalate complex issues as needed
Training & Communication
• Support employee training initiatives
• Communicate HR policies and updates
• Qualifications
• Bachelor 2s degree preferred
• 1 3+ years HR experience
• Strong customer service mindset
• PHR/SHRM-CP preferred
