eCommerce Web Developer (WordPress / WooCommerce / Integrations)
Role summary
Seeking an execution-focused, hands-on eCommerce Web Developer to support and scale multiple health and eCommerce brands. This hybrid role requires 2-3 days per week in-office for collaboration, focusing on managing and optimizing WordPress/WooCommerce sites, building custom functionality, implementing API integrations, and troubleshooting 3PL systems. The ideal candidate will improve site performance, UX, and conversion rates, ensuring seamless integration across various platforms like CRM, email, and fulfillment. Experience with subscription models and specific tools like Klaviyo, Stripe, or ShipStation is preferred.
We are seeking a skilled, execution-focused developer to support and scale multiple health and eCommerce brands, including Divine Health, Keto Zone, and 21 Day Detox.
This is a hands-on, in-office role (2–3 days per week) working directly with leadership on live revenue-driving projects. Flexible schedule, but you must be available onsite for collaboration and rapid iteration.
Core Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize WordPress + WooCommerce sites
- Build, customize, and maintain plugins and site functionality
- Implement and manage API integrations across platforms
- Connect and troubleshoot 3PL systems (shipping, fulfillment, inventory sync)
- Improve site speed, UX, and conversion performance
- Support landing pages, funnels, and campaign launches
- Ensure systems (CRM, email, checkout, fulfillment) are fully integrated and working seamlessly
Required Experience
- Strong experience with WordPress and WooCommerce (customization, not just page builders)
- Proven experience working with APIs (REST, webhooks, third-party integrations)
- Experience with plugins, custom development, and debugging
- Familiarity with 3PL integrations and eCommerce operations
- Understanding of site performance optimization and conversion best practices
Preferred
- Experience with subscription models, funnels, or direct-response brands
- Familiarity with tools like Klaviyo, Stripe, ShipStation, or similar ecosystems
- Ability to think beyond code—problem solving across systems and revenue flow
Work Structure
- In-office collaboration required (Grapevine / Southlake area)
