Divintra LLC is seeking a Healthcare Data Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across healthcare operations and clinical outcomes. This role is ideal for candidates with 0–5 years of experience who are passionate about working with healthcare data and analytics tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze healthcare data to identify trends, patterns, and insights
- Create reports and dashboards using Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau
- Work with healthcare datasets such as patient records, claims, or EHR data
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Collaborate with internal teams including IT, operations, and healthcare stakeholders
- Present findings and recommendations in a clear and actionable manner
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Healthcare, IT, Statistics, or related field
- 0–5 years of experience in data analysis
- Strong skills in:
- SQL
- Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
- Data visualization tools (Power BI or Tableau)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with healthcare or clinical data
- Knowledge of EHR systems (Electronic Health Records)
- Familiarity with Python or R
- Understanding of HIPAA compliance
Salary Range
