Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Montreal, QC, for a Certified AWS Cloud Engineer. You will design, implement, and manage cloud-based infrastructure, optimize software deployments, and ensure the efficient performance of cloud-based solutions. Responsibilities will also include configuring and managing databases, improving system security, and collaborating with a team of developers to maintain reliable and scalable systems.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Software Development, focusing on building and maintaining scalable solutions
- Strong expertise in Cloud Computing, particularly experience with AWS cloud infrastructure
- Solid knowledge of Infrastructure management and configuration
- Practical proficiency with Linux, including system administration and optimization
- Experience with Databases, including design, implementation, and maintenance
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, such as CI/CD pipelines and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment
- Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer are a plus
