Disbursement Associate
Role summary
The Associate, Disbursement is responsible for accurately and precisely executing assigned roles and functions for standard workflows and files within the title and escrow process. This role involves receiving and disbursing settlement funds, reviewing them for accuracy, and escalating complex cases to senior team members. The associate will also assist junior team members, proactively address customer needs to ensure a positive closing experience, and collaborate with their Operations Manager to foster an efficient and enjoyable work environment. Key requirements include at least one year of title and escrow disbursement experience, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
