Role summary

The role involves administering Forcepoint solutions, configuring policies, analyzing threats, troubleshooting issues, and generating reports. This is a hybrid role based in Iselin, NJ, requiring strong skills in email security, threat analysis, SOC environments, regular expressions, and basic knowledge of DNS, M365, and email routing.

Job Summary:
We are looking for an Email Security Engineer with hands-on experience in Forcepoint Email Security to manage and enhance email protection against threats like phishing and malware.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and administer Forcepoint Email Security solutions
- Configure user-specific email security policies
- Handle whitelisting/blacklisting of domains, IPs, and email addresses
- Create and modify security rules based on requirements
- Analyze and optimize quarantine policies
- Troubleshoot email flow, delay, and routing issues
- Monitor email traffic for threats and perform incident response
- Configure email warning banners and URL rewriting rules
- Support domain onboarding with DNS/M365 teams
- Generate security reports and analyze trends
- Work on regex-based configurations and email classification
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in Email Security (Forcepoint preferred)
- Knowledge of phishing, malware protection, and threat analysis
- Experience working in a SOC environment
- Understanding of regular expressions (Regex)
- Basic knowledge of DNS, M365, and email routing
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have:
Experience in FIM (File Integrity Monitoring)
Incident triage and monitoring profile understanding
