- Deliver end to end, holistic customer experiences across dealers, customers, and internal users.
- Partner with architects and product leaders to align UX strategy with platform and product roadmaps.
- Drive cohesive, unified experiences across applications to improve adoption, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate across disciplines to solve complex, non obvious problems with pragmatic, executable design solutions.
Typical task breakdown:
• Product Managers, Product Owners, and Global Product Owners (GPOs)
• UX/UI Designers, Researchers, and Design System teams
• Engineering, Platform, and Data teams
• Dealers, end customers, and external partners
• Marketing, Product Support, and Leadership stakeholders
Interaction with team:
- Team consists of 4-5 designers in US and 2 designers in Slovakia. Working also with product owners (2-3).
- These interactions span client's global organization and business model, requiring strong communication, adaptability, and influence.
Work environment:
- Currently role is Hybrid, but Worker will eventually be going into office full time, so they need to be local to one of these two areas.
Education & Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree with 8+ years experience in this capacity.
Required Technical Skills:

- Product & Experience Design
- Lead UX/UI design for complex Client Foresight workflows, including fleet monitoring, condition insights, onboarding, recommendations, and reporting.
- Translate business goals, customer needs, and technical constraints into clear, user-centered design solutions.
- Create high fidelity UI designs, interaction models, and prototypes using established design standards and best practices.
- Partner with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and Engineering to shape requirements early and continuously throughout delivery.
- Participate in and lead design reviews, driving alignment, consensus, and approval across cross functional stakeholders.
- Design System & Consistency
- Actively contribute to the enterprise design system, ensuring Client Foresight experiences are consistent, accessible, and scalable.
- Apply design system components appropriately while identifying gaps and collaborating with system owners to evolve patterns and standards.
- Advocate for consistency across applications while balancing product specific needs and constraints.
- Discovery, Research & Validation
- Participate in discovery and research activities, including voice of customer, dealer feedback, analytics, usability testing, and workflow analysis.
- Support creation of personas, journey maps, service blueprints, and experience models that inform design decisions.
- Validate designs through usability testing and iterate based on qualitative and quantitative insights.
- Delivery & Collaboration
- Work closely with Engineering to ensure designs are feasible, clearly documented, and efficiently implemented.
- Support design to development handoff with well structured Figma files, specifications, and interaction guidance.
- Execute and support business acceptance testing to ensure experiences meet both user and business needs.
- Navigate ambiguity and complexity across multiple teams, organizations, and stakeholders with strong communication and decision making skills.
- UX Advocacy & Practice Improvement
- Act as a UX advocate, promoting user centered design principles across the Client Foresight product ecosystem.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of UX processes, workflows, metrics, and documentation.
- Stay current on industry trends, emerging tools, and best practices in enterprise and B2B experience design.
