Role summary

DV Therapy is seeking a BCBA Clinical Program Manager to lead ABA treatment programs. This role involves designing and implementing treatment plans, supervising and mentoring clinical staff, analyzing data, and collaborating with families. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field, BCBA certification, and proven leadership and team management skills. Responsibilities include staff training, documentation oversight, and supporting recruitment. A passion for improving lives and strong analytical and communication abilities are essential. Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

DV Therapy is seeking a dedicated and experienced BCBA Clinical Program Manager to join our multidisciplinary team. ### Responsibilities

  • Design, evaluate, and implement individualized ABA treatment plans
  • Supervise and train clinical staff, providing ongoing feedback and support
  • Conduct assessments, analyze data, and adjust treatment strategies
  • Collaborate with caregivers to teach behavior intervention techniques
  • Monitor documentation for accuracy, compliance, and timeliness
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new staff
  • Participate in staff meetings, case reviews, and professional development
  • Assist with scheduling, billing, and documentation processes

### Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
  • BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in ABA services

  • Strong communication, organization, and analytical abilities
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
