Role summary
DV Therapy is seeking a passionate ABA Program Manager to design and oversee ABA treatment programs. This role involves collaborating with a supervising BCBA to develop skill-building plans and behavior interventions, and providing hands-on training to staff and families. Responsibilities include designing and refining ABA treatment plans, conducting functional behavior assessments, analyzing client data, monitoring progress, training interventionists, and coaching parents. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field, a minimum of 2 years of experience with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral health needs, and proven experience developing ABA programs for children with autism. Strong skills in communication, parent training, social skills interventions, interpersonal, organizational, and time management are essential.

Responsibilities
- Design, evaluate, and refine individualized ABA treatment plans
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze client data
- Monitor progress and adjust interventions to maximize outcomes
- Train and supervise interventionists and paraprofessionals in ABA techniques
- Provide coaching and consultation to parents and caregivers
- Maintain accurate documentation and submit timely reports
- Participate in staff meetings and ongoing professional development

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field

- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management abilities
