Program Engineering Manager
Role summary
E Tech Group is seeking a Program Engineering Manager to lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary engineering teams for automation and control system projects. This role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring technical accuracy, managing resources, and driving project delivery excellence. The manager will lead engineering staff, enforce safety procedures, implement best practices, and manage project execution from concept to commissioning. Responsibilities include staff utilization, cross-unit coordination, technical reviews, and supporting sales proposals. The ideal candidate has a BS in Engineering, 15+ years of industry experience, and at least 5 years in management.

We are seeking a Program Engineering Manager to be responsible for the hands-on leadership and coordination of a multi-disciplinary engineering team and supervises the overall execution of engineering activities for automation and control system projects for the Great Lakes business unit. This role oversees day-to-day engineering operations, ensuring technical accuracy, resource allocation, adherence to operational SOP’s, project delivery excellence and department development to meet the strategic initiatives of the business unit.
