Role summary

ECS is seeking a Data Engineer Mid to join their team in Winchester, VA. This role is contingent upon contract award. The Data Engineer will be responsible for developing data analytics for visual analytic software, facilitating bulk analysis of relational information using advanced graphics, visualization, and high-performance computing, and establishing an application to produce actionable intelligence from structured and semi-structured data streams. Experience with Java and Python is required.

ECS is seeking a *Data Engineer Mid* to work in our *Winchester, VA* office. Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award.

Responsible for carrying out engineering tasks to deliver an advanced visual analytic application to include: developing data analytics for desktop and web-developed visual analytic software; facilitating the bulk analysis of relational information utilizing advanced graphics, visualization, and high-performance computing, as well as using the specified open source, COTS, and GOTS technologies; and establishing an application that produces manageable, actionable intelligence from streams of a structured and semi-structured data.
