Senior AI Engineer / AI First Full-Stack Developer
Role summary
We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer / AI First Full-Stack Developer to build and scale digital products in telemedicine and e-commerce, focusing on paid traffic, funnels, and tracking. This role is critical for developing an internal platform for marketing and operations, leveraging AI for ad platforms, campaign launches, and landing pages. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in building AI systems with structured workflows, guardrails, version control, and multi-agent communication via APIs, understanding orchestration beyond simple code generation. Experience with AI tools like Codex and Cloud Code, and experimentation platforms like StatSig and PostHog, is essential. Proficiency in React, Next.js, and Node.js is required, with familiarity in Supabase, GSAP, and React Three Fiber preferred. About
We build and scale digital products in telemedicine and ecommerce. Everything we do is around paid traffic, funnels, tracking, and moving fast.
We’re building an internal platform to run marketing and operations. This includes ad platforms, campaign launches, landing pages, and a lot of what usually requires a full team.
AI is the core of how we build. Not optional.
What we’re actually looking for
This is not someone who just uses AI casually or throws prompts into ChatGPT.
We need someone who knows how to build real systems using AI.
That means:
● Structured workflows
● Guardrails and reliability
● Version control
● Multiple agents communicating through APIs
You should understand orchestration, not just code generation.
AI + tooling expectations
You should already be comfortable working with tools like Codex, Cloud Code, or similar environments and actually understand the differences between them.
You know:
● When to use each tool
● How to get consistent outputs
● How to structure workflows so they don’t break
This includes setting up more advanced systems like MCP connections and chaining tools together in a reliable way.
What you’ll be doing (real example)
A typical workflow we expect you to own:
● Take a design from a designer
● Use AI to analyze it (heatmaps, CRO insights, performance assumptions)
● Feed that into a structured system
● Push improvements back into Figma using MCP or similar
● Work with the designer on iteration
● Then take the final version and turn it into production code in a repeatable way
We are constantly refining and improving loops like this.
Experimentation + optimization
You should be comfortable with tools like StatSig, PostHog, or similar.
We test everything, measure everything, and optimize continuously.
Tech expectations
Strong with:
● React / Next.js
● Node.js
Comfortable with:
● Supabase
● GSAP
● React Three Fiber
● Modern frontend tooling
You should naturally stay current and care about how things feel, not just if they work.
How you think
You think in systems, automation, and speed.
You are always asking:
● How do I remove manual work from this
● How do I make this repeatable
● How do I make this faster
You don’t overbuild. You ship and iterate.
Pay: $35.00 - $75.00 per hour
Work Location: Remote
