# Position Overview

At our core, Electronic Arts is a game maker that connects hundreds of millions of players from around the globe to some of the world’s greatest games. The EA team is driving the strategy and implementation of important initiatives for EA’s players to connect them to one another and to the games they love to play. These initiatives include: the EA app and Franchise-specific webstores.

As a Product Manager for Player Relationship Management, you will be the strategic architect of the player lifecycle. You will build systems that foster deep, long-term relationships with our global community. Your mission is to turn every player interaction into a meaningful, personalized experience that drives loyalty and growth.

# Responsibilities

  • Lifecycle Strategy: Own the end-to-end player lifecycle strategy, focusing on deeper engagement, retention, and monetization.
  • CRM & Automation: Define the roadmap for player-facing CRM tools, automated messaging, and bespoke experiences (e.g. VIP) for our most engaged community.
  • Data-Driven Personalization: Sophisticated player segmentation targeting and personalized game content.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Drive cross-functional and studio alignment with Marketing and Game Teams to deliver cohesive event and communication plans tied to key in-game and regional moments.
  • Experimentation: Design and execute A/B tests on engagement features, reward structures, and notification strategies to optimize player lifetime value (LTV).

# Qualifications

  • Experience: 3-5 years of Product Management experience, ideally within gaming.
  • Domain Expertise: Understanding of consumer/user lifecycle, and/or CRM systems.
  • Analytical Rigor: Metric definitions, analytical tooling and interpretation of complex behavioral data and trends.
  • Communication: Ability to translate complex technical or data insights into actionable strategies for both creative and technical teams.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs).

PAY RANGES

\* British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria) \*$119,600 - $167,300 CAD

\* California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. San Francisco) \*$138,400 - $211,700 USD

Pay is just one part of the overall compensation at EA.

In the US, we offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.

For Canada, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
