About the Role
We are seeking a skilled
Infrastructure Engineer
to support enterprise data center operations as part of a strategic initiative to enhance 24x7 remote hands capabilities. This role is critical to maintaining and supporting multiple production data center environments within a highly regulated banking infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and support
server and network infrastructure
within data center environments
- Perform
rack-and-stack
of servers, storage, and networking equipment
- Execute
structured cabling
(copper and fiber installation, labeling, and testing)
- Troubleshoot and resolve
hardware issues (break-fix)
- Manage and maintain
asset inventory and documentation
- Support
LAN/WAN infrastructure
and assist in system deployments
- Monitor system performance and assist in infrastructure optimization
- Follow and comply with
change management, incident management, and access control processes
- Collaborate with internal engineering teams, vendors, and remote support teams
Required Skills & Experience
- 6–8 years of
hands-on enterprise data center experience
- Strong expertise in:
- Rack-and-stack operations
- Copper and fiber cabling
- Hardware troubleshooting and replacement
- Asset management
- Solid understanding of:
- Data center
power systems, cooling, and physical security
- Experience working in
regulated environments
with strict operational procedures
- Strong knowledge of
networking hardware and infrastructure systems
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with tools such as:
- ServiceNow
- Jira
- CMDB / DCIM systems
- Basic administrative or coordination experience

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred
