Specialist I, Materials Management (Contract)
Role summary
ElevateBio is seeking a Specialist I, Materials Management for their Warehouse team on a contract basis. This role involves assisting with all warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, creating material kits for manufacturing, and logistics/shipping. Key responsibilities include using SAP for transactions, obtaining Certificates of Analysis, performing kitting and cycle counts, moving materials, coordinating shipments, and providing loading dock coverage. The position requires 3-5 years of GMP warehouse or logistics experience and familiarity with ERP/computer-based inventory systems, preferably SAP EWM. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

You will assist with all facets of a warehouse operation including receiving, inventory management, creating material kits for use in manufacturing as well as logistics and shipping. This is a contract position.

The budgeted range for this position is $43/hour - $57/hour. This range is a good faith estimate of the expected hourly range for this position, based on a wide range of factors including qualifications, experience and training, operational and business needs and other considerations permitted by law.
