Our client, a global American Industrial Manufacturing company, is seeking Data Analysts to join their manufacturing team in Fort Worth, Texas. This role focuses on collecting, processing, and analyzing data to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and support data-driven decisions within the plant. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, data visualization, and statistical analysis, with experience in tools like SQL, Python, R, and visualization platforms such as Power BI or Tableau. Responsibilities include developing KPIs, identifying improvement opportunities, and presenting findings to stakeholders. A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant experience are required.

Position Description:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data to help improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and support data-driven decision-making across the plant. This role requires a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, data visualization, and statistical analysis.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Collect and analyze production data from various sources (e.g., ERP systems, sensors, quality control systems).
- Develop dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as yield, downtime, throughput, and scrap rates.
- Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with engineering, quality, and operations teams to implement data-driven solutions.
- Automate data collection and reporting processes where possible.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, or R.
- Experience with data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Familiarity with manufacturing systems (e.g., MES, SCADA, ERP) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
